Dormant Accounts
An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bet677 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee. The balance of a dormant account will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
Section 5
Betting Rules & Wagering Policy
Bet Placement
Bets placed on bet677 are final and binding once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to check the details of each bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. bet677 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances where bet677 itself has made a verifiable pricing error (see below).
The minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are determined by the specific market and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement. bet677 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to player accounts based on betting patterns, without obligation to disclose the specific parameters applied.
Pricing Errors
In the event that a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, bet677 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Where the bet has already been settled at the incorrect price, bet677 may reverse the settlement and re-settle at the correct price. Players will be notified of any void or re-settlement arising from a pricing error.
Void Bets
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:
- The event or market to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the settlement deadline.
- The bet was placed at a clearly erroneous price as described above.
- The bet involves a selection that was suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a system error.
- The event outcome cannot be independently verified to bet677's reasonable satisfaction.
In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account in full. Void bets are not included in accumulator calculations — the accumulator is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.
Live In-Play Betting
Live in-play betting markets on bet677 are subject to rapid price changes and temporary suspension in response to match events. Bets placed during a brief suspension window may be accepted at a revised price or declined, at bet677's discretion. bet677 uses real-time data feeds to update live odds; however, minor delays between on-field events and odds updates are inherent to live betting and do not constitute grounds for void or dispute.

Bonuses & Promotions
General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bet677 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific terms applicable to that bonus.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on bet677:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as defined in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.

These promotions are available for limited periods and are subject to their own specific terms. Section 7
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

- Collusion: Coordinating with other players in a manner designed to guarantee a profit for one or more parties at the expense of the platform's integrity.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for betting activity. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and may be pursued for recovery of the disputed amounts.
bet677 employs continuous monitoring of account activity and betting patterns to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, bet677 reserves the right to suspend or close an account, withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation, and void any bets or balances associated with the conduct.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your bet677 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining balance after the processing of outstanding requests will be returned to your registered payment method within 5–10 business days of account closure being confirmed. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened subject to the completion of any required verification procedures.
Closure or Suspension by bet677
bet677 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity as described in Section 7.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension.
- Identification of the account as belonging to an underage individual.
Where an account is suspended or closed by bet677 due to a suspected breach of these Terms, the balance held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld funds will be returned promptly. Where a breach is confirmed, funds associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited.
Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

Amendments & Governing Law

Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the bet677 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. Entire Agreement

They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
Severability
